The official Japanese terms apply. These English notes summarise the online shop terms of DesigNEST Co., Ltd.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the online shop. Separate rules we publish also form part of the terms and prevail if they conflict, unless they say otherwise.
2–4. Accounts and purchase
Registration may be refused without stating a reason. You must keep IDs and passwords private. A sale is formed when we accept your order. Ownership of goods passes when we hand them to the carrier. We may cancel for breach, failed delivery, or loss of trust. Payment, shipping, cancellation, and returns follow our separate methods.
5–9. IP, prohibitions, interruption, removal, withdrawal
Content is owned by us or licensors and may not be reused without permission. Unlawful, harmful, or abusive use is forbidden. We may pause the service for maintenance or force majeure without liability. We may restrict or delete accounts for breach or unpaid fees. You may withdraw by our stated process.
10–16. Disclaimer, changes, privacy, notices, law
We do not warrant the service is free of defects and, except as consumer law requires, are not liable for damages. We may change the service or these terms. Personal data is handled under the privacy policy. Japanese law applies; the courts at our head office have exclusive jurisdiction.
